The rooms at Hotel Casa Mosaico are so bright and cozy, it felt like sunshine pouring in! As a budget traveler, I love that they have shared dormitories with access to clean bathrooms. Plus, the free WiFi is a huge win!

Personally, I found the coffee shop/cafe on-site at Hotel Casa Mosaico a bit too crowded for my liking, but others might enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

Great location with lots of street art, restaurants, and bars nearby. Beautiful architecture in an old house. Clean facilities and spacious private room. Quiet and secure environment. Friendly staff provided maps and recommendations. Will definitely return.

The location of this hostel was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, particularly the guy at the front desk who spoke Portuguese. He gave us great recommendations and helped us plan our activities. The tour desk was also a great feature, making it easy to book excursions and explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having a private bathroom was a definite plus.

Our stay was marred by the noise. The room we were given was located above a very noisy bar, and we couldn't sleep until 2AM.

the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful, although only one of them spoke English. the wifi connection was strong throughout the hostel, including in my room. the location was excellent, with plenty of street art, restaurants, and bars nearby. the hostel itself is housed in a beautiful old building with impressive architecture. the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the communal area, which was cozy and inviting. I also found the bed to be extremely comfortable.

The hotel is located in a cool area in Santiago, close to the trendy Bellavista neighborhood. There are plenty of nice restaurants close by, making it convenient for dining options. it is in the Bella Vista area, which is very central and easily accessible to the town center.

The shower rooms in the hotel had some drainage issues, which affected the overall cleanliness.

The staff were super friendly, serving a mind-blowing breakfast with a variety of options for the whole family. The location was great, close to the vibrant nightlife but still peaceful, with easy access to the metro. The spacious room was comfortable and offered a jaw-dropping view of Cerro San Cristobal. The shared kitchen and terrace added to the amazing experience, and the cleanliness was spot on. The staff provided all the necessary information about the city, making our stay even more enjoyable. Great common areas and friendly staff made it a top choice.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Santiago and had a great experience. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city and visit many attractions on foot. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Gabriela who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with ample blankets to keep me warm on chilly nights. The breakfast provided was a good way to start the day, with a variety of choices including fruit, cereal, toast, cake. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hostel to others.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more fun activities specifically tailored for young people. It would be awesome to have some organized pub crawls or party games to make the hostel even more exciting for us teenagers.
